Hawk Eye Housing Inspections, LLC is a woman owned and operated independent local business that takes pride in doing honest, thorough home inspections.

Each home inspection should take within 2-3 hours to complete and the reports usually take the same amount of time as well. Because of this, we limit the amount of inspections we perform a day to only two. As big of a decision it is to buy a home, you deserve to have our undivided attention to every part of your inspection and report.

We follow the standards and ethics (SOP) provided by the North Carolina Board of Home Inspector Licensure Board (HILB) and as such are bound to the legal requirements outlined therein.

Before I became a licensed home inspector, I spent six years working in painting and drywall—so I’ve spent plenty of time up close with the bones and skin of homes. 

My special interest is health and wellness, and I’ve found that the way I look at houses is similar to how I think about the human body: everything’s connected, and what you see on the surface often tells you something deeper about the whole system.

That mindset guides every inspection I do. I take a holistic approach, looking at the house as a complete living system—structure, systems, and everything in between. My goal isn’t just to point out problems, but to help you understand how a home is functioning as a whole, and what that means for your safety, comfort, and investment.
