What I aim to do is to reduce the amount of workload on you! When you send me your clients, I make contact with them and endeavor to answer all their questions and walk them through the entire process while I'm assigned to the inspection. This cuts down on the back and forth questions you may receive during the process. Your clients may be nervous about this critical part of the home buying journey and part of what I love doing is delivering a rational assessment of the home and realistic expectations going forward.

Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I spent several years working hands-on in residential construction environments, which gave me an intimate understanding of how homes are built, finished and age over time. That experience allows me to recognize patterns and issues that aren't always obvious at first glance.

I approach inspections with a systems-based mindset - evaluating how structure, mechanicals and finishes interact as a while rather than in isolation. This helps my clients and referring agents clearly understand not just what is present, but how a home is functioning overall. 

My goal is to deliver inspections that are thorough, objective and easy to explain - supporting informed decisions while protecting both the buyer and the agent throughout the transaction.
